Practitioner directory

Find a practitioner who actually gets menopause.

Curated and verified by Nila. We don't take a cut of your visit, we don't broker the booking, and we won't list anyone we wouldn't trust with someone we love. The directory below is editorial, sorted by recency, never by who pays. Paid 'Featured' placements live in their own labelled, dismissible rail above, they never sit inside the editorial list.

Every listing is verified by hand.

We check professional registration before a practitioner appears here. Listings are free for v1; we'll always disclose if that changes.

Quick definitions

Doctor or specialist
A doctor or specialist is a regulated, licensed medical professional. In most countries this means doctors (doctors, OB-GYNs, endocrinologists), nurse practitioners and physician's associates. Doctors or specialists can diagnose conditions, order tests, prescribe medication including HRT/MHT, and manage your overall medical care. When you see 'consult a doctor or specialist' on Nila, this is what we mean.
Practitioner
A practitioner is anyone with formal training in their modality, doctors or specialists plus regulated non-medical specialists (therapists, dietitians, pelvic floor physiotherapists, coaches, naturopaths). Some practitioners can prescribe within their scope (e.g. Nurse practitioners), most cannot. We list practitioners in our directory because the right help in midlife often isn't a single doctor, it's a small team.

Filters are self-declared by the practitioner. We verify professional registration, not lived match — always ask in your first conversation.

How this directory works.

  • A listing means a practitioner told us they work with menopausal patients and we verified their registration with the relevant professional body at the time of listing. Credentials can change , please re-check before booking.
  • It is not a personal endorsement, a clinical referral, a guarantee of fit, or medical advice. Nila does not supervise practitioners and is not responsible for the care they provide.
  • A Featured badge means a practitioner pays a flat placement fee. It does not influence verification, ranking inside the editorial directory, or our editorial coverage. See disclosures.
  • Nila is not a covered health-record provider (not a HIPAA covered entity in the US, not a PHIPA custodian in Canada). Anything you share with a practitioner you find here is between you and them.
