Menopause Rating Scale
Eleven questions about how the last week has actually been. About three minutes. Free, save it if you want, retake whenever a season changes, that's how you'll see what's shifting.
- It's a tracker, not a test. The MRS measures how heavy your symptom load is right now, not whether you have menopause, not what's wrong, not what to do. It shines when you re-take it every month or so and watch the line move.
- The wording is the validated wording. We use the exact MRS questions because rephrasing them would break the score. They land a bit clinical, that's the trade-off for a number you can trust over time.
- It's free, and it stays yours. Saved check-ins are private to your account. Nothing is shared with anyone unless you choose to generate a doctor summary.
